CarrierMath helps you compare phone plans. Using the calculator itself doesn't send anything to us — all the math runs in your browser or on our server for the single page you're looking at, and nothing is saved unless you explicitly sign up for promo alerts below.
What we store, if you sign up for alerts
When you check the consent box and submit the "email me when promos change" form, we store:
- • Your email address.
- • A snapshot of the household you built — each line's current phone, condition, and plan choice, your current carrier and bill, data need, and contract preference. No account numbers, payment details, or government ID are ever collected.
- • The date and time you gave consent, and the date you signed up.
Why
We store your household snapshot so that a future alert (e.g. "AT&T just announced the Duo trade-in promo") can say whether it actually helps your specific lines, instead of a generic blast. We don't use it for anything else — no profiling, no resale to third parties, no advertising.
Who can see it
This data is stored in our database and is only accessible to us, using a server-side key that never reaches your browser or any third party. We don't sell or share it.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@carriermath.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your data. We'll remove your email and household snapshot within a few business days and confirm once it's done. You can also ask us what we have on file the same way.
